第18回ウイルス学キャンプが、2024年7月16日- 17日の日程で、神奈川県足柄下郡湯河原町にて開催されました。
当教室からは、モイメンリン教授、姫野美沙緒助教、Rakwi Nensar Wai Wai Phyoさん、温嘉靖（ワン カー チン）さん、早川明伽さんの5名の参加でした。

ウイルス学キャンプは、2004年（平成16年）に、日本ウイルス学会の若手研究者の勉強会として発足しました。
『若者よ！学問に飢えろ！』をテーマに、研究発表、意見交換など、毎年、国立感染症研究所の渡士幸一幹事のもと湯河原温泉で学術キャンプをおこなっています。
初期のメンバーなどは、ウイルス学界、感染症学界などで多くの功績を残し、現在は後進の育成にも力を入れています。

発表演題:
(1) 抗 B 型肝炎ウイルス活性を示すマイケルアクセプター含有アルカロイド類似化合物の同定と機能解析（姫野美沙緒）
(2) フラビウイルス抗体依存性増強（ADE）におけるFc gamma 受容体(FcγR)の細胞内領域の機能解析（Rakwi Nensar Wai Wai Phyo）
(3) フラビウイルス感染伝播におけるホスト間の適応進化（温嘉靖（ワンカーチン））
(4) In-vitro における日本脳炎ウイルス(JEV)E 蛋白質による免疫誘導（早川明伽）

The 18th Virology Camp and was held at Yugawara, Kanagawa from July 16th to 17th, 2024.
Participants from our department were Professor Moi Meng Ling, Assistant Professor Misao Himeno, Rakwi Nensar Wai Wai Phyo, Wan Ka Ching, Carrie and Haruka Hayakawa.

Research Presented:
(1) Anti-HBV activity of alkaloidal scaffolds bearing Michael acceptors-like ligands and determination of associated mechanisms (Misao Himeno)
(2) Fc gamma mediated flavivirus antibody dependent enhancement (ADE) and the significance of the receptor cytoplasmic region in ADE (Rakwi Nensar Wai Wai Phyo)
(3) Adaptive evolution of flaviviruses inter-host transmission (Wan Ka Ching, Carrie)
(4) Determination of immune response against Japanese encephalitis virus envelop protein domains (Haruka Hayakawa)
