Notes for preparation and submission for PhD Program FY2024 at our Department:

(1) Contact our department to discuss on potential research themes for PhD program (latest by Nov 2023)
(2) Prepare documents for PhD entrance examination as per guidelines:

(3) Prepare research plans after discussion with Head of Department. Typical research plan should reflect the research themes of the department and contribute to scientific advancement. Entrance examination questions may be based on your research plan, be sure that you have a good understanding and basic knowledge on your research plan.
(4) Late applications will not be accepted, please prepare the documentations at least 7 working days before dateline.
(5) If you need our assistance in preparing the documents, please submit the completed forms at least 14 working days before dateline to be checked by our departmental staff. If you are unsure on the graduate school entrance requirements, please enquire the graduate school of medicine, as per guidelines.
